Welcome to High Ridge
With truly stunning views, and set in a private road, High Ridge overlooks the beautiful and unspoilt village of Instow. We are ideally situated to use as a base to explore North Devon.Our self contained, 1 bedroom annex has its own patio area overlooking the garden and panoramic views across the beach and estuary. To the left is the old and quaint fishing village of Appledore and to the right the thatched pavillion of Instow Cricket Club, with the hills of Saunton in the distance. The island of Lundy is on the horizon.
Although tranquil, we are just a few minutes walk (approx 200yds) from Instow's sandy beach and seafront promenade. Here you will find excellent sea food restaurants and village pubs which are always very popular with visitors and locals alike - all offer good quality local food at a reasonable price
Instow is an ideal location for exploring North Devon, Exmoor National Park and further beautiful beaches are within easy driving distance, and the Tarka Trail, Cycle/Walking network, is just a 5 minute walk from the house.
Our rates throughout the year are £75 per night (£80 in July and August) - with a minimum stay of 2 nights. We are a non-smoking house and unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.
